For 31 years, the Elves’ Faire has been a gift for our children and community, hosted by the parents of Pasadena Waldorf School. It is a day filled with laughter, fun, and memory-making experiences. Attended by thousands of visitors from all over greater Los Angeles, new and returning friends enjoy the beauty of our campus and the rich activities created for this special day.
The Elves’ Faire features music, feasting, crafting, holiday shopping, medieval-style contests and games for children of all ages. The Elves’ Faire takes place on the wooded setting of the Pasadena Waldorf School campus at 209 East Mariposa Street in Altadena. Admission is free for all and the Faire goes on rain or shine. About Pasadena Waldorf School
Pasadena Waldorf School is a community for those who think deeply about the world and their place in it. PWS supports a conscious approach to parenting and provides an education founded on the wisdom of Rudolf Steiner who recognized that every child brings a gift that will influence the future. Waldorf Education inspires teachers to get to know each student deeply and to meet each class authentically. Teachers deliver a holistic curriculum that has been thoughtfully developed, time tested and intentionally structured with the healthy development of the student at the center. The results are academically prepared, confident and conscientious individuals who know they are capable of achieving whatever they can imagine. PWS is accredited by AWSNA (Association of Waldorf Schools of North America), WASC (Western Association of Schools & Colleges) and is a member of WECAN.
